Passengers steal taxi driver's car

A TAXI driver was robbed of his vehicle yesterday, police said.

The 41-year-old man was driving on Blantyre Farm Road near Uddingston when he was stopped by two women who asked to be taken into Blantyre. The women later told him to stop and four men appeared. One woman threatened the driver with a knife.
