Park moo-ving on up

A HERD of Highland cattle are to be the latest attraction at Beecraigs Country Park near Linlithgow.

The animals, bred at Glasgow's Pollok Park, will help manage Beecraigs by grazing its meadows and creating habitat for wildflowers. West Lothian's chief executive for culture and leisure, Jim Walker, said: "The cattle are a welcome addition."
