Paralympics torch on tour

The torch relay for the London 2012 Paralympics sweeps through the Capital this weekend as it continues on its build-up tour of the UK.

Residents can get up close with the Paralympics flame as it stops off at the Sainsbury’s store in Bruntsfield Place on Sunday.

The torch is scheduled to be at the store between 9am and 11.30am.

It will pass by 61 outlets belonging to the retail giant before ending its journey at the Buchanan Galleries store in Glasgow on Wednesday.
