Rules are for all

Have your say

WITH regards to recent correspondence on cycling, the fact that there are many well-
behaved cyclists, pedestrians and motorists does not invalidate observations of cyclists riding on pavements, crossing against red lights and riding through night traffic without lights, or of pedestrians wandering through vehicular traffic within yards of a zebra crossing, or of cars parked at bus-stops and on pavements by selfish motorists.

All road users should behave legally and with consideration for others – remembering that no group has a monopoly of correctness or error. Sweeping generalisations and indignant defensive postures are not helpful.
