Marr and Gray air phobias

Have your say

ANDREW Marr and Alasdair Gray have been at opposite ends of the independence spectrum in their Edinburgh Festival utterances. The former has expressed concerns about Anglophobia, the latter about the less-publicised Scotophobia. Less-publicised but as real as its counterpart, or why else would there be any hubbub or hassle about Scotland becoming self-governing again?

It seems that Anglophobia is often treated more seriously and with more credibility than Scotophobia. Perhaps this is another example of imbalances in Britain that have been causing the ship of state to list in recent times?
