Korean solution

Have your say

Once again, the ferocious and bellicose bluster of the North Korean dictatorship threatens peace in the region (your reports). Sadly, it has to operate in this unfortunate manner in order to retain control over its wretched population, who live in permanent fear of the ruling communist party.

One cannot reason with a totalitarian regime such as this whose authority is based on a hideous mixture of oppression and the cult of personality. There is no doubt in my mind that if it had the means to do so, it would use nuclear weapons. So, perhaps in the long run, war is (regrettably) the only way to permanently rid the world of this threat.
