Have your say

The latest opinion poll reveals Labour’s Ed Miliband as the least popular Westminster leader, with voters complaining that his policies are unclear (your report, 16 August). Coincidentally, some Labour MPs are saying the same thing.

Surely “Red Ed” has made it perfectly clear that if he ever gets into office he has no plans to reverse the Tory/Lib Dem government’s austerity cuts. As the three Westminster parties have so much in common these days, why should Mr Miliband bother to formulate new policies if he is content to continue inflicting on the public the ones currently in place?
