Where’s the proof?

Joss Blamire of Scottish Renewables says that 11,500 jobs in Scotland have been created by the renewables industry (Letters, 19 February).

Could he be specific, and name say three actual private sector Scottish-owned companies which directly employ such people, and their numbers, as it was the lack of specific evidence upon which he was being challenged.
