Voices heard in new constitution

IN THE near future, with a Yes vote, Scotland will be drafting its new constitution. It will not be written by politicians but by individuals and local interest groups whose voices, in a small country, can be heard. It should be an ambitious, positive statement of what we believe in as a country. It will not be perfect. But it must be infinitely better than what we have at present.
