Spark of hope

The energy companies are now saying they could reduce charges and are calling for Prime Minister David Cameron to act on his promise to review the heavy green energy levies being added to energy bills, and which make life a misery for all, particularly for the growing number of people trapped in fuel poverty.

Mr Cameron would gain considerable support if he moved green levies on to general taxation
