Scots anthem

Although I agree with David McEwan Hill regarding a Scottish national anthem (18 January), I must take him to task on the singing of Scots Wha Hae. Over the past several decades I have appeared at the "tomfoolery" (sic) of hundreds of Burns suppers. Scots Wha Hae has been sung on many occasions and has been enthusiastically received by the audiences.
