Railway realism

I use East Coast trains a few times each year to go to London. Despite the ancient carriages, I find it a pleasant experience.

I have, therefore, enjoyed the regular advertising feature East Coast is running on people’s experiences on the route.

One small criticism though: couldn’t we have at least one individual or family who travelled second class, like most of us?
