Putting pensions in hands of SNP

PEOPLE reliant now and in the years to come on the state will have to weigh up the SNP’s promises that our 
pensions and benefits are safe in their hands.

We all should take a long, hard look at events in Greece and elsewhere before deciding whether reassuring assertions from the SNP can be trusted.

A sobering thought indeed is remembering Alex Salmond’s much vaunted ‘’Arc of Prosperity’’ trio, to which Scots were supposed to aspire; two of the three countries we were urged to follow descended into the most dire economic straits.

The certainty and solidity of the centuries-old political amalgamation of the nations occupying a small island, or the promises of a nationalist party anxious at any cost to get Scotland separated and break up the UK. Next year we shall have the opportunity to decide.
