Porn problem

I WAS saddened but not surprised to read that internet porn was blamed in the case in which a 12-year-old boy raped a young girl (your report, 1 June).

I fear we will be hearing many more cases like this one, as children – who are naturally curious – have easy access to the kind of extreme images and films that most sexually experienced adults would blanche at.

This needs to be addressed before we have a generation of very damaged young people on our hands.
