Pack up and go

Your editorial (15 April) was wrong to suggest "insurance can be steep" – your report ("Going anywhere nice for your holidays? Yes, Iraq") in the same edition was entirely correct in its assertion that insurance can be obtained to any tourism destination for a very modest additional premium.

Dunira Strategy works with many less established destinations and is always able to access comprehensive insurance for travellers to challenging destinations.

Experienced travellers should not be discouraged by over-anxious and ill-informed travel advice, especially when sustainable tourism provides outstanding opportunities for social and economic development in disadvantaged countries.
