Letter: Point of view
Misplaced Having glanced at the booklet Great Scots, (19 June), I was astonished to find Dougal Haston listed under West Lothian people. The booklet correctly states he came from Currie, which was then part of Midlothian, and although he spent his senior school years travelling to West Calder to attend High School (as Currie took pupils to S3 only), at that time West Calder was also in Midlothian. Perhaps Christopher Winn can explain where the West Lothian connection come in
