Letter: Legal battle

If IT is the case that the UK Supreme Court wrongly interfered with the Scottish legal system in considering the Nat Fraser case (your reports), then the solution would seem to be straightforward.

The Scots courts will no doubt take the view that the Supreme Court exceeded its jurisdiction and, therefore, its decision is not binding on the Scots courts, who will instruct the Scottish authorities to ignore it.
