Lack of planning
Were there to be a Yes vote, there appears so far to be a lack of information as to who would be putting the brand new structure into place.
So far there has been a void as to the role of current or future civil servants, none of whom will have had any such experience.
Will there be an increase in their numbers? What training will be implemented? Or indeed what preparations are already in hand, if such were to take place?
