Michael Kelly (Perspective, 3 November) asks a question in the first line of his column: “To what problem is separation the solution?” He might have been better asking “To what problem is independence the answer?” The simple answer is heavy-handed, anti-Scottish governance from Westminster. Hope that clears things up for him.
