Cut down to size

I was astounded to hear one out of every three families in Scotland is in receipt of some state benefit. It is also not surprising we are in such financial mire as so many people work for the state in Scotland there is little industry left to balance the financial structure.

There must be means testing for all state benefits and a cut in those relying on state provision, otherwise we will never see an end to this financial misery.
