SuBo vocals? Frat chance
IT sounds like an unusual combination – but sadly it will never see the light of day.
Scots rock act The Fratellis have revealed how they tried to persuade our very own Susan Boyle to record a version of their anthemic hit Chelsea Dagger with them.
Fratellis bass player Barry tweeted: “Rehearsals day 2: the legend that is Susan Boyle in the studio next door, tried to get her do backing vocals on dagger, she was havin none of it.”
Now then, Rankin eyes single force
SCOTLAND’S policing has been catapulted into a new era with the launch of a new single force.
The change affects everyone from officers to residents and journalists
. . . and crime writers.
Ian Rankin tweeted: “And so we say a fond farewell to Lothian and Borders Police. Police reorganisation in Scotland *may* play a part in my next book.”
