Sting the bookies by doubling your money on Hornets

WATFORD look a great double-your-money chance against Coventry City this afternoon.

Malky Mackay’s former assistant Sean Dyce has made the Hornets very hard to beat since stepping up. They were two minutes away from winning at Upton Park and recently came from two down to beat Burnley. They have also coped well since the sale of star striker Marvin Sordell to Bolton.

Coventry, meanwhile, have certainly shown a bit more resolve of late, but still haven’t won away from home in the league all season - which further supports the thinking behind backing a Watford win at Vicarage Road today at even-money.

David Moyes had more strength on the bench than he did on the field during the midweek Merseyside derby thumping at Anfield, but he can appease Evertonians this weekend by steering his side past Sunderland and into the semi-finals of the FA Cup.
