NOT content with the Smith Commission, the SNP will continue to drive for more Holyrood powers when they set out their 2015 general election manifesto.

This will include the party campaigning for minimum wage, income tax personal allowance and more benefits, along with a pledge to transfer corporation tax powers.

The pro-UK parties had hoped the Smith report would draw a line under this issue, but it doesn’t appear as if that is going to be the case.
