Alex Salmond has signaled his intention to “box the Prime Minister into a corner” to get him to agree to a televised debate, challenging David Cameron to face him or withdraw his party and government from the independence debate altogether.
The First Minister said he will take on “all and sundry” in the debate about the future of Scotland but wants to take on Mr Cameron first.
