One hurt in M8 collision

A MAN was treated in hospital following a four-vehicle collision on the M8 outside Edinburgh.

Emergency services rushed to the scene close to junction three on the eastbound carriageway of the M8 after receiving a call at around 8.10am yesterday. Medics attended to one man, who was taken to St John’s Hospital in Livingston and treated for back injuries.

Temporary roadblocks caused tailbacks to Whitburn, West Lothian.
