Ohio bids to speed up execution day

Ohio has changed its execution-day rules to allow prison wardens to edit a condemned inmate's final statement.

The change comes after a May execution in the US state when a prisoner recited the Roman Catholic rosary and other prayers for 17 minutes before he was executed.
