No jail for porn pic perv

A PERVERT who sent pornographic pictures of himself to an underage girl has avoided a prison sentence.

David Kildea, 46, committed the offences over a week-long period in November 2011, Livingston Sheriff Court was told.

The girl – who can’t be named for legal reasons – lives in the Greater Manchester area.

Kildea, 46, of Livingston, West Lothian, appeared for sentence yesterday after earlier pleading guilty to persuading a child who had not attained the age of 13 to look at a sexual image.

.Sheriff Douglas Kinloch placed the accused under social work supervision for three years and also ordered that Kildea’s name should be put on the sex offenders register.
