Night bus, new dawn

Lothian Buses has launched an "upgrade" of the night service throughout Edinburgh.

Managing director, Ian Craig, and Stewart Stevenson, minister for transport, celebrated the relaunch at Edinburgh Castle in the presence of the N16, being re-introduced on week nights. The company also launched the N11, a night bus which will run from Haymarket to the Western Harbour.

Last week, Lothian Buses won the Scottish Transport Award for Excellence in Technology and Innovation for its bus tracker.
