NHS invests in employees

A DRIVE is under way to ensure every NHS Lothian department receives the Investors in People (IiP) award by March.

Associate director of workforce development David Lee said: "In the past, individual areas of NHS Lothian have achieved IiP status, but this is the first time that NHS Lothian as an organisation has applied for accreditation."
