New chief at drug service

THE Edinburgh Alcohol and Drug Partnership (EADP) has appointed a new joint programme manager to play a lead role in the new organisation.

Nick Smith previously worked for Surrey Primary Care Trust, as a Senior Commissioning Manager, commissioning young people and adult drug treatment services.

He said: "I am looking forward to this challenging and exciting role working with a wide range of partner organisations."
