Neigh joke, there’s a horse in the house

A PENSIONER has sparked a row with her neigh-bours after moving her pony into her home.

The three-year-old dappled grey is living in the lounge of Stephanie Noble’s semi-detached home at Back on Lewis.

Ms Noble, 65, said the pony was allegedly “dumped” on her lawn on Christmas Eve following a dispute with the owner of the land where the filly had previously grazed.

The move has sparked visits by the Scottish SPCA and the environmental health department.

Ms Noble says she has been forced to move her pony, called Grey Lady Too, into the ground-floor lounge because of a lack of suitable grazing. She first put the pony on land a few miles from her home in October. However, she says the condition of the grazing was “unsuitable”.

She then put the pony on land in nearby Gress, but after a dispute over payment with the landowner, Ms Noble says the filly was left at her property on Christmas Eve.
