Naked woman goes missing

POLICE are appealing for help to find a naked woman who has gone missing from her Borders home.

Brenda Carnaby, 53, disappeared from her house wearing just a pair of black sandals.

She left her home address in Coldstream, Berwickshire, shortly after midnight last night.

She is described as slim, with short gingery brownish hair.

A police spokesman said: "We are becoming increasingly concerned about this woman's safety. She is believed to have been wearing little more than a pair of black sandals. We would ask that anyone who knows her or has any information about where she might be should get in touch as soon as possible on 01450 375051."
