MSPs pressed to reduce speed limit

A CAMPAIGN to reduce the speed limit in built-up areas is targeting MSPs.

Living Streets Scotland are calling on MSPs to use new powers to cut the speed limit to 20mph. The new powers are included in the Scotland Bill proposed in the Queen's Speech.
