MP hails Forth oil transfer ban

EDINBURGH West Liberal Democrat MP Mike Crockart has welcomed the announcement that ship-to-ship oil transfers in the Firth of Forth will effectively be banned from October.

He hailed the move as "a real victory for common sense".
