Move house by mobile

House buyers in Edinburgh will be able to use their mobile phones to scan codes containing information about properties for sale under a new initiative from Warners estate agents.

Prospective buyers will be able to view pictures, home reports and sale details by scanning barcodes with a mobile phone app.

Partner Scott Brown said: "It's a simple concept. All you do is scan the code with your phone and then you are immediately directed to the individual listing page for that property - which you can then e-mail to your partner or friends."
