Motorcyclist killed after hitting barrier

A MOTORCYCLIST has died after losing control of his bike and colliding with a roadside barrier.

Thomas Travers, 39, was on the A809 Glasgow to Drymen road near Stirling when the accident happened.

He was taken to the Western General Infirmary in Glasgow at 9.30pm on Thursday, but died a short time later.
