More people are recycling
ALMOST three quarters of people in Midlothian are recycling more, according to new statistics.
With Scotland's first Recycling Week kicking off from Monday, 20 June, a survey showed that 85 per cent of people in Midlothian say they have increased the amount of waste they recycle in the past two years.
The figures came from a Citizens' Panel survey. The panel is made up of more than 1,000 randomly selected households. Members are sent two or three postal surveys a year.
