More than 100 attend Kyle Allan funeral

MORE than 100 mourners today attended the funeral of an eight -year-old schoolboy who died last week after his bike collided with a mobile crane.

Kyle Allan, a pupil at Manor Park School in the Northfield area of Aberdeen, died in Aberdeen Royal Infirmary on 21 May, following the tragic accident on the city’s Great Northern Road.

Last week his devastated parents, mother Kelly, 36, and father Jamie, 40,

led the poignant tributes to their “ray of sunshine.” The couple have three other children, Kyle’s twin sister Morgan and younger brothers Ryan, 7, and Jack, aged 2.

The funeral service was held at the city’s

Middlefield Parish Church followed by a burial service at the Grove Cemetery.
