Model cleared of reversing to ram BMW

A MODEL has been cleared of ramming her car backwards into another driver’s BMW in a bizarre road rage incident.

Jade Glencross, 21, was said to have attacked motorist Walter Forrest after the crash and rolled about fighting with his partner Kelly Moran.

Mr Forrest claimed Glencross had reversed her car into his BMW 3 Series, ending up with its back bumper on top of his bonnet.

He alleged that the accused had acted “like a loony” after the crash in Bathgate, West Lothian, last May and appeared to him to be “out of her head” on drink and drugs.

After hearing all the evidence yesterday a sheriff found Glencross not guilty of all charges.

During the trial at Livingston Sheriff Court, Glencross, 21, said Mr Forrest had been driving too close to the back of her Peugeot 306, and when she slowed down for a bend he crashed into her.
