The ban, following a case at the Glasgow Employment Tribunal, came after one of the agency's bosses, Glyn Davies, was convicted of indecent assault.
Mr Davies, who is in his 50s, had operated an entertainment agency for 20 years and traded with his wife Susan Davies as Lothian Variety, and more recently as Emkay Entertainments in West Lothian.

Hide AdHe was convicted last year at the High Court in Edinburgh of indecent assault against a 17-year-old girl and taking pornographic pictures of her. Mr Davies pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting the girl and taking pornographic photographs of her.
The tribunal made a separate prohibition order against Mrs Davies, for the maximum period of ten years.
