Missing Glencoe kayaker: Search team find body
The female kayaker, who Northern Constabulary say was in her early twenties and from the north of England, went missing this morning when her kayak overturned in the River Coe.
A Sea King helicopter from HMS Gannet in Prestick joined police, mountain rescue and coastguard volunteers in a search of the river from the Clachaig Inn to Glencoe Village.

Hide AdThe search was called off when a body was recovered in the area this afternoon.
A police spokesman said: "Northern Constabulary can confirm that following the search for the missing kayaker, the body of a woman has been found and recovered.
"No further details regarding the identity of the woman will be released until formal identification has taken place."
