HEAD chef at Cucina at Hotel Missoni, Mattia Camorani takes time out to relax ahead of the Taste of Edinburgh food festival.

The event, Scotland's biggest outdoor food festival, opens today at The Meadows and runs until Sunday. It is expected to attract around 25,000 visitors.
