Marathon bid makes world of difference

A TEAM from the charity Christians Against Poverty set off from Edinburgh Castle on a daring marathon bid around the world.

Paul Cribb, John Kirkby and Martin Cowles will run 15 marathons in 15 days, with four more to come in the UK. They will then travel to Australia and New Zealand to take on a further ten to raise cash and awareness for the cause.

They were seen off from the Castle on Tuesday by local volunteers and people who have been helped by the organisation.
