Man who terrorised neighbours gets Asbo

A MAN accused of terrorising his neighbours with fighting and threatening behaviour has been hit with an antisocial behaviour order.

Lee Thomson, 25, of Gilbert Avenue, North Berwick, was given the Asbo following an application to Haddington Sheriff Court by East Lothian Council.

Complaints about Thomson’s behaviour in and around his home stretch back to April 2010.

The court was given details of alleged antisocial behaviour by Thomson, which included playing loud music, shouting, swearing, fighting, and acting in a threatening and abusive manner.

The Asbo bans Mr Thomson from acting in an antisocial manner or behaving in a way likely to cause alarm and distress to others in North Berwick.
