Man with two kilos of cocaine jailed

A MAN who was caught by police transporting £80,000 of cocaine in his car has been jailed for 40 months.

George McKenzie, 27, was arrested after police in Easterhouse, Glasgow, stopped him on Edinburgh Road in August 2011. Detectives – who acted on a tip off – found two kilos of the drug in the rear of McKenzie’s Ford Focus.
