Man taken to hospital after Abbeyhill incident
A man has been taken to hospital with arm injuries after an incident at a property in Abbeyhill this morning.
The flat in Lyne Street was cordoned off by police and a woman is being questioned by officers.
A police spokesman said: “Police in Edinburgh were called to Lyne Street at 6.10am on Thursday 26 November following a report of concern for a person.
“A 30-year-old man sustained an injury to his arm and was taken to the Edinburgh Royal Infirmary.
“Enquiries are ongoing and a woman is currently detained in connection with this incident.”
