Man ‘hit woman on pavement with van’
A MAN is to stand trial accused of “recklessly” driving a van down a pavement, striking a mother of two.
William Massie, 36, is alleged to have driven the van on a pavement in Dundee’s St Clement’s Place on 22 June.
He pleaded not guilty.
