Man in court over murder of Glasgow woman
A man has appeared in court charged with the murder of a 48-year-old woman at a house.
Anthony Vita, 47, from Ballieston, Glasgow, who appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court today, has also been charged with uttering threats of violence.
Police launched a murder inquiry after being called to a property in Barrachnie Crescent in Baillieston at about 8.20pm on Friday.
Vita made no plea or declaration and was remanded in custody.
He is due to appear in court again next week.
