Man in court over Mikaeel Kular Facebook comments

A 24-year-old man has appeared in custody at Paisley Sheriff Court charged with making disturbing racist remarks on the Facebook social networking site about the tragic toddler Mikaeel Kular.

It is alleged that Jamie Milligan, 24, from Paisley posted comments that were “grossly offensive” between January 17 and 19.

Milligan made no plea or declaration and was released on bail.
