Man in court over abduction of girl, 14

A MAN appeared in court yesterday charged in connection with the alleged abduction and indecent assault of a 14-year-old schoolgirl in June.

James McMillan, 40, from Tillicoultry, appeared in private on petition at Alloa Sheriff Court. He made no plea or declaration and the case was continued for further examination. He was remanded in custody.
